Black Earth and Mazomanie police celebrate another fun summer with local kids

September 12, 2019

The Black Earth and Mazomanie police departments finished their summer recreation activities this year. 60 local children went to PlayN Wisconsin and Rocky Rococo's Pizza. The children spent over an hour playing at PlayN Wisconsin. From there, they headed to Rocky Rococo's. The kids devoured 14 large pizzas and pitchers of non-caffeinated soda. It was a great finish to a great day. Special thanks to Deputies Viney, Keller, Alwin, Herrem, and Sarah Shatz, the local Social services representative for your contributions to this day. Next year's events will be mostly in Mazomanie. They hope to find new and exciting things for our local youth to experience. Special thanks go out The Sauk Prairie Healthcare Foundation, Mazomanie Lions Club, Kwik Trip Store 596, and Christians in Action Charitable Committee. Above left, the whole group at PlayN Wisconsin. Above right, deputies Kyle Keller, Michelle Viney, and James Kartman get in on the fun.
