Dane County files brief over Cardinal-Hickory Creek line

Illinois, Michigan oppose as well, file Amicus Brief, will have to pay 10-21% of cost

A brief filed by Dane County with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin claims there is no need for the proposed Cardinal-Hickory Creek power transmission line, citing “a litany of concerns” and arguing it is “readily apparent” the line shouldn’t be built at this time.
