The Giese sisters (Jessica & Lindsey) are back again to perform the music that has inspired them over the years. From Audra McDonald to Celine Dion and musicals like Aida to Cabaret, it will be an unforgettable evening of music. Join them at River Arts on Water (590 Water St, downtown Prairie du Sac) on Friday, April 12 at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. and seating is first come-first served. A $10 suggested donation at the door is appreciated. Many of you know Lindsey as the Executive Director of River Arts Inc, but prior to this role, she was the lead singer for Holland America and Celebrity Cruises. She holds 2 Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Theatre and Arts Administration and currently tours the Midwest with The Dang-Its in a review show entitled "Sweet Dreams and Honky Tonks." Jessica Baetz holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Butler University and a Master of Music degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She enjoys performing an eclectic variety of music and has a particular interest in 20th century compositions. They will be accompanied by the lovely Dr. Kristine Bengtson. Kristine is an active recitalist, collaborative artist and teacher based in Madison, Wisconsin. She is a nationally certified member of the Music Teachers' National Association and holds a Doctorate of Musical Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
