Heights boys basketball team set for the postseason

Clayton Caminiti and Wisconsin Heights' boys basketball team began the postseason Tuesday night.

The Wisconsin Heights boys basketball team ended the regular season in style. Now, the Vanguards hope to maintain that momentum in the postseason.

Heights rolled past Dodgeville, 70-53, on Feb. 18, then routed Waterloo, 75-54, last Thursday.

The Vanguards finished the regular season 15-6 overall and in sole possession of second place in the Southern Capitol Conference at 7-3.

De'Shawn Barsness had a team-high 15 points in the Vanguards' win over Dodgeville. Shravan Parman added 14 points, Clayton Caminiti had 12 and Camden Brown had 11.
