Rhead Jacobus and Wisconsin Heights' boys basketball team split a pair of games last week.

If there was any doubt that Wisconsin Heights' boys basketball team is capable of greatness this season, it should have been erased last Saturday night.

Sure, the Vanguards dropped an 86-84 decision to host New Glarus.

But Heights led throughout against a Glarner Knights team ranked No. 8 in Division 4. And the Vanguards showed they can play with anybody, anywhere.
