Car crashes into apartment, Sauk Prairie police busy

On January 11 a vehicle was driven into an apartment in Prairie du Sac by a drunk driver.

Sauk Prairie police officers were busy last week, with several incidents occurring.

On January 11 at 6:33 p.m., Martin Haefer, 58, from Prairie du Sac, drove his vehicle into the side of an apartment building on the 200 block of 12th street. The resident, who was uninjured, was home at the time playing video games. He walked outside when the vehicle appeared outside his bedroom and waited for police. Haefer was arrested for OWI first offense.

On January 13, Asael Vieyra Garduno, 28, of Prairie du Sac, was arrested for Substantial Battery and Disorderly Conduct (domestic) following a disturb...
