Jacob Sprecher was honored as the Sauk Prairie Optimist SPHS Student of the Month on December 19. Sauk Prairie High School Assistant Principal Shane Been shared that Jacob is one of the silent leaders who has become more vocal during his four years of high school as he gained more confidence, especially in his roles with FFA as a three-year officer and currently Treasurer. Jacob has proficiency in beef production, has helped set up trails with the Honey Creek Snowmobile organization, participates in church youth group activities, works for Tools of Marketing, does field work and raises some beef cattle winning Grand Champion at the Sauk County fair. Been summarized Jacob in three words, 'hardworking, trustworthy and fun." Jacob plans on attending Southwest Technical College in Fennimore of the UW short course.
