Try Paul's Chocolates for local, delicious, 'Chocolate Therapy'

Paul Beloungy of Paul's Chocolates was at the Sauk Prairie Hospital December 12. The Friends of Sauk Prairie Healthcare hosted a fundraiser. Beloungy has always been a foodie and began experimenting with chocolates 30 years ago. His flavors are inspired by things he likes, like his spicy thai chocolate, based on his favorite dish at a Madison restaurant. Paul's Chocolates has been in business for 10 years. Although his has no storefront and does not ship, Paul's chocolates can be ordered and picked up at John Joseph Coffee. His business is driven by attending area craft fairs. "It's a whole different niche," he said. "There's no pressure." He was voted "2016 Best of the 'Burbs" by Madison Magazine. Flavors include: fiesta mole, dark balsamic, dark cherry, and dark bier, which is sources from a Wisconsin beer.
