Heights boys basketball team splits two games

The Wisconsin Heights boys basketball team split a pair of games last week.

The Vanguards fell to host Lodi, 65-53, last Monday. Heights then downed Westfield, 55-37, last Saturday at JustAGame Fieldhouse in Wisconsin Dells.

Heights is now 4-2 overall.

In the Vanguards’ loss to Lodi, Shravan Parman had 16 points and De’Shawn Barsness added eight. But Lodi put three players in double figures.

Lodi led, 38-30, at halftime and maintained a comfortable advantage in the second half.

On Saturday, Heights outscored Westfield, 37-17, in the second half to snap a two-game winning streak.
