Coffee With A Cop draws a crowd

Deputy Michelle Viney suspects Ryoga Evans, held by Chiyono Cho, is up to some mischief with donuts and cookies.

Gathered in the Black Earth village meeting room, observed by the visage of village leaders of the past 150 years, over forty long-term residents of the village attended the Coffee with a Cop event in the morning of December 13 to rub elbows with the local constabulary, quaff a coffee and enjoy a donut or two, while being treated to a presentation by representatives of the Department of Transportation of the reconstruction of two Hwy 14 bridges.
