The Black Lab is ubiquitous in Wisconsin. Growing up in the suburbia of Chicago, I never actually saw one until I was in my teens. In my life so far, however, I have had the pleasure of knowing two very unique black labs.

The American Kennel Club notes that "Labs are famously friendly." This is an understatement.
