Sauk City proposes 2019 budget, includes funding for new officer

The Sauk City Village Board reviewed the proposed 2019 budget during the Village Board meeting on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 and covered some of the highlights from the proposed budget.

One of the larger increases to the budget is to the police association appropriation for $33,000. The police commission has met with both the Sauk City and the Prairie du Sac Village finance committees about the need for two new officers over the next four years.
