Join Wisconsin Public Television's "Around the Farm Table" host Inga Witscher as she brings a "Christmas on the Farm" live cooking demonstration to the J.S. Tripp Heritage Museum, in Prairie du Sac, Saturday, December 1, at 2:00 p.m. Witscher is known for her use of home-grown Wisconsin foods, highlighting in-season ingredients with her warm and bubbly personality. Attendees to the Tripp event will have the opportunity to taste-test Witscher's creations and discover recipes for their Holiday gatherings. Area wine and warm cups of wassail will be available, along with a variety of locally-themed Holiday gifts. While at the Tripp, enjoy the museum's "Wishbook Wonder" display, featuring the magic of Christmas through the pages of the iconic catalogs of the Holiday Season-the Sears Catalog, Montgomery Ward, and even a 1954-55 Holiday Wishbook from the Sauk City Toy & Hobby Shop. Tickets are $10 each. They are available in advance at the Tripp Heritage Museum, 565 Water Street, by phone (608) 644-8444, or online at https://farmjolly.brownpapertickets.com. Select tickets may be available at the door the day of the event.
