Wollersheim Winery & Distillery releasing aged brandy and first wine of 2018 vintage

Coquard Reserve Brandy only one made with Wisconsin grapes

Wollersheim Winery & Distillery is releasing Coquard Reserve Brandy, a limited batch of the well-known Coquard Brandy that has been aged for 5 years in Wisconsin Oak barrels.

Coquard Reserve Brandy is a cognac-style brandy produced using all Wisconsin grapes. The fruit is first pressed and made into wine, before being distilled into Brandy and barreled in Wisconsin Oak barrels with trees sourced from Reedsburg, Wisconsin. The Brandy is then kept in the distillery’s onsite barrel room for 5 long years before it is finally bottled.
