A Night without a Home event to help homeless and those in poverty

Friday, November 9, will be A Night without a Home in Meyer Oak Grove Park, Sauk City. Night without a Home is a sleep out event to: raise awareness, raise donations, share resources, and create networking opportunities for homeless or poverty level individuals with possible employers.

Bring your tent, cot, sleeping bag, or whatever you can to sleep out. Remember to bring a dish for the potluck if you’re able. Breakfast will be provided the next morning.

The night’s schedule is: 4 p.m. setup; 5:30-6:30 p.m. programing, campfires, team building activites, testimonials and stories by those affected by poverty; 6:30 p.m. loaves N fishes potluck; 6:45 p.m. live music by Shawn Schell; 10 p.m. quiet hours and campfire out.
