In the wake of the flood, Heights Unlimited endures

Height's Unlimited's storage space was inundated with floodwaters up to the ceiling in August's floods.

As the flood waters rose inside the basement storage area of Heights Unlimited, ultimately carrying their freezer to the basement ceiling, HU Leadership Team Member Gina Bauer's one thought was for their current customers, as well as potential new customers that would be needing assistance in the days and weeks to come. Perishables were moved to MOM (Middleton Outreach Ministry) and the rest of their food to New Heights Lutheran Church where they set up operations temporarily.
