Karlee Adler, a recent graduate of Wisconsin Heights High School, was selected to play in the WBCA All-Star game held June 15 in Wisconsin Dells. The All-Star game is a showcase of some of the best high school basketball players in the state and also as a fundraising campaign for Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer. Last year Karlee's sister Haylee surprised everyone by raising a then record $12,000+ for the MACC fund. This year the WBCA held there banquet at the Chula Vista Lodge. Karlee wowed everyone in attendance by breaking her sisters record and raising well over $14,000. Karlee single handedly raised more money on her own than the entire 12 player D1 boys basketball team, they raised a combined $7,000. Karlee had a great career at Wisconsin Heights in basketball earning all-conference honors, she was also selected all-conference in volleyball and soccer. Karlee plans to continue her athletic career playing soccer at UW-Platteville.
