Meeting on Highway 19 contruction

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation will hold a public involvement meeting to discuss the WIS 19 rehabilitation project between WIS 78 and US 12 in Dane County. The meeting will be held from 6-7:30 p.m. on July 19 at the Berry Town Hall, 9046 WIS 19, Mazomanie. WisDOT representatives will give a brief presentation starting at 6:30 p.m.

The project, scheduled for construction in 2022, is being designed to improve corridor safety and pavement conditions. Improvements include pavement resurfacing, upgrading horizontal and vertical curves, replacing two bridge structures, and widening shoulders.

The public is encouraged to attend the meeting, provide input, and ask questions concerning this project. Maps showing the proposed improvements will be on display. WisDOT representatives will be available to discuss the proposed project and address questions or concerns.
