Sauk Prairie Twins storm to 6-1 start

The Sauk Prairie Twins fell from the ranks of the unbeaten Sunday.

Sauk Prairie dropped a 12-2 decision to Reedsburg and slipped to 6-1 on the year.

Despite the setback, though, the Twins are off to a terrific start in 2018.

“We are off to a really nice start this season,” Twins manager Lucas Koenig said. “With a number of players retiring after last season we have had guys step up for us and help us earn wins.”

There have been several players that have come up big for the Twins early in the 2018 campaign.

Taylor Koenig began the season by throwing 29 2/3 innings without giving up...
