The first of the five big plays, to be given on Friday evenings, two weeks apart, at the Metropolitan and Electric theatres, will be shown tomorrow night. “The Girl Philippa” is the first play, featuring Anita Stewart, and is from the pen of America’s greatest novelist, Robert W. Chambers. It is a talk of two told in terms of love, war, beauty, and adventure.
