Low-income housing in Mazo to be controlled by the DCHA

Low-income housing in the Village of Mazomanie will be rehabilitated as control passes from the federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) program to full ownership by the Dane County Housing Authority (DCHA).

The DHCA has been operating the Iron Horse apartment buildings on Fourth Street and Meadow Lane in Mazomanie in conjunction with HUD.
