Vermont debates county zoning bill

The changes proposed to Assembly Bill 109 (AB109) are, for the most part, acceptable to the members of the Town of Vermont board of supervisors.

According to a review by the Legislative Reference Bureau, AB109 would make “a number of technical changes to the law authorizing towns located in a county with a population of at least 485,000 to withdraw from county zoning.”
