New tool helps with planning activities on the river

There is a new tool for enthusiasts of the Lower Wisconsin Riverway (LWR). The Friends of the Lower Wisconsin Riverway (FLOW), in response to questions about how long it takes to paddle along the river, have created a “Paddle Planner” that details trips from a few minutes to five to six hours.
