6:8 celebrates 8th birthday and new building

Members of 6:8 and the Sauk Prairie Area Food Pantry celebrate the 8th birthday of 6:8. 6:8 held their 8th birthday party and ribbon cutting for their new facility on June 8th. The 8,800 square foot building is located at 8231 Industry Drive. They held a fundraising campaign towards raising close to $800,000 for the building, renovation, and costs for the first year of operation.

6:8 is a Christian organization working with people living with food insecurity and other issues of poverty. Co-directed and founded by John and Sarah Ramthun, 6:8 started in their house and it served as their base of operations for many years. An anonymous donor asset the organization on its path to...
