Vanguards' softball team keeps rolling

Three weeks into the season, Wisconsin Heights’ girls softball game has played just two games.

But what a pair of games they’ve been.

The Vanguards rolled past Cambridge, 11-0, last Thursday. Heights, which had a 20-day layoff between games, has now won its two games by a combined score of 20-0.

Against Cambridge, Heights’ Kelsie Drager went 3-for-4 and Kaela Kraemer was 2-for-3 with a double. Miranda Keith went 2-for-5 and Tayler Kraemer had a double.

Kelsie Drager started the game and allowed just one base runner in two innings.
