Sauk Prairie's softball team drops two games

Kayla Breunig and Sauk Prairie's girls softball team dropped a pair of games last week.

Despite less than ideal conditions, Sauk Prairie's softball team was nevertheless eager to escape the gym and play a pair of Badger Conference games last week.

The results weren't what the Eagles wanted. Overall, though, Sauk Prairie coach Shane Been said he was pleased with the progress his team has made.

Sauk Prairie dropped a 5-4 decision to visiting Waunakee last Thursday. The Eagles also fell to Beaver Dam, 8-4, last Tuesday.

Sauk Prairie is now 1-3 overall and 0-2 in the Northern Badger Conference.
